These Terms of Service govern your use of seedsynth's website, dashboard, SMS/MMS messaging, content services, and related products. By using seedsynth, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

seedsynth helps businesses turn photos, videos, brand context, and feedback into social content concepts, drafts, captions, and related creative materials. Some work may be assisted by AI tools and reviewed or edited by people.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information, use a phone number you control, and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure your use of the service complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

SMS Terms

By entering your phone number, requesting a verification code, checking the SMS consent box, texting seedsynth, or otherwise asking us to contact you by text, you agree to receive transactional and conversational SMS/MMS messages from seedsynth at +1 930-336-5536 or another number we use for the service.

Messages may include verification codes, onboarding instructions, media intake confirmations, content approval requests, revision conversations, account notices, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Opting out may limit our ability to provide SMS-based features. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, including photos, videos, logos, business information, captions, and feedback. You grant seedsynth a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, and use your content as needed to provide, operate, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content to us, including rights for people, places, music, trademarks, products, and other materials shown in the content.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to submit or request unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer systems, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, and included deliverables are shown at checkout or in the product. Subscription fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes and charges associated with your subscription. You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation flow we provide.

Approvals and Publishing

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted or used publicly. You are responsible for making sure final content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for messaging, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, social platforms, and creative tooling. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, carrier filtering, platform decisions, or changes to third-party terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message, upload, generated asset, or social platform action will succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, seedsynth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
